Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return if it is damaged. If your product is damaged you must contact us immediately upon receivership of your items and provide photo/video evidence of the damaged goods. 

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not refund for change of mind purchases. All sales are final unless damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our customised labels. 

Labels - All label orders are customised to the requirements you have set. There is no refund or exchange on these items as they are customised to your needs

Homewares and Glassware - We aim to provide a service that is fair to all. When purchasing from our store, please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please ensure delicacy when open your glassware and turn products to the side and slide out. Do not lift with the lid.   


Refunds
In the unlikely event that products arrive to you faulty or there are missing items, please email us within 5 business days and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In order for this process to take place, you will need to provide us with specific information such as name, order number, description of fault or missing item and importantly, a picture of the damaged goods. Once this has been assessed we will provide a refund or replacement. 

Processing of your refund will take between 5-10 business days of House and Label receiving the goods you have sent back. Customers are responsible for their own return postage costs when returning an item. The item must be returned in it's original packaging in new condition. A refund request must be done within 10 business days of receiving your order. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return shipping  
Return shipping will be at customers expense unless proven faulty or damaged.
