Shipping policy
House and Label creates all our labels to order. Currently, there is a 1-2 day processing time for your personalised labels to be created. Your labels require custom personalisation on desktop software and is sent to a special machine for cutting. After this, all labels are then hand weeding of excess vinyl and then sealed with transfer tape. This process takes some time, but we promise, they are worth the wait.
Our labels and products are shipped with Australia Post, MailPlus and often third-party companies. Your order will be shipped once it has finished being processed. Shipping and handling starts from $5.95 (DL envelope) tracked and prices increase, due to weight (this will be calculated at check out). If you want your items quicker, we strongly recommend using the express post option for a fast arrival time. Shipping generally takes up to 10 business days. If you have not received your package after the 10 days, please contact us immediately. Once the product/s have been shipped, House and Label cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your package. You can find delivery details at the following links
Please Note: If you want to track your order you will need to select tracked postage or express postage at check out. If you have not selected this option, we will be unable to help you track it. This is why our favourable option is to at least select tracked shipping.
We will not be held responsible if you have provided incorrect shipping details at time of check out. If you the items need to be reshipped to you, you will incur the additional postage charge.
Express Postage is available through Australia Post and can take up to 3 days to arrive. MailPlus is an extra service that provides overnight delivery - Taking up this option is great, if you need your items quicker. Please note that due to pandemics and unforeseen circumstances, AusPost might delay your package and current wait times for MailPlus is 1-2 business days. This is out of our control.
Registered Post gives you peace of mind that the arrival of your item will be safe and to protect it going to the wrong hands, it requires a signature on delivery. You will be provided tracking for this as well. Standard Registered post takes up to 10 business days to get to you.
We only ship within Australia and currently do not offer International Shipping.
